Terms of Service - AK AI Team

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the AK AI Team platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Subscription-Based SaaS & Billing

AK AI Team is a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.

Billing Cycles: We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card information.
Automatic Renewal: Unless cancelled prior to the end of the current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable interval.
Service Suspension: Accounts with unpaid or failed subscription payments will face service suspension until the outstanding balance is settled.
Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any pricing changes will be communicated to you with at least 30 days' advance notice before they apply to your next billing cycle.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our service. Please review our policy on refunds and cancellations carefully:

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Canceling your subscription will immediately stop all future renewals.
Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current active billing cycle.
Non-Refundable: Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. We do not provide partial refunds or credits for unused time, partial months, or partial years.
Exceptions: Refund requests may be reviewed on a strict case-by-case basis (e.g., duplicate charges or severe technical failures). Any exceptions granted are at the sole discretion of AK AI Team.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When using AK AI Team, you agree not to use the platform to:

Generate, promote, or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
Impersonate individuals or entities without proper authorization.
Attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures, or reverse-engineer our proprietary software.
Spam or deploy the AI chat widget on domains you do not own or are not authorized to manage.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for high accuracy, AI can occasionally generate incorrect or "hallucinated" information. AK AI Team is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, business losses, or legal issues arising from automated responses provided by the widget to your end-users. Our maximum liability to you under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.
